History
SSB Companies have been leaders in wind-related industries for the last three decades. Availon was established in 2007 as SSB Service — an international, independent, full-service provider of wind turbine parts, upgrades, services, inspections, and operations and maintenance. In November 2010, SSB Service was renamed and rebranded Availon.
In addition to Availon’s operations in the United States, the company has divisions operating in the Spain, Italy and Germany.
