Permanent Lubrication

Availon offers several permanent lubrication systems for the pitch gear teeth, generator bearings, yaw teeth and main bearings. These upgrades allow for the reliable, automatic and constant supply of lubricant to components, facilitating regular, cost-effective, preventive maintenance.

Equalizer

Availon equalizers ensure even charging of turbine batteries, also preventing overcharging and prolonging their life span.

Battery Temperature Control

The battery temperature control upgrade creates a consistent, ideal ambient air temperature in the battery cabinet, extending battery life and increasing the operational availability of your turbines.

Tower Seal Retrofit Kit

This upgrade collects grease below the yaw system.

Gearbox Position Monitoring

This upgrade allows for the permanent monitoring of the gearbox position, sending any error messages to the remote monitoring center, ensuring the early detection and repair of main bearings before further, more detrimental damage occurs.

Grid Coupling Contactor

Regularly takes over switching operations form the main switch, preventing wear and contributing to reducing cost-intensive damages to the frequency controller.
