Carbon Brush Mounting System

Availon has developed a new mounting process for carbon brushes, accelerating brush replacement and increasing the lifespan of brushes from one to one and a half years. In addition, this new upgrade helps to prevent the mounting hardware from falling into the slip ring shaft.

Transformer Air Conditioning

This upgrade for the 2 MW Vestas® turbines prevents deposits from developing on the transformers and significantly increases the time between transformer replacement from damage due to poor air circulation.

Up Tower Control Box

Until now, operations had to be controlled from the bottom of the turbine. Availon’s upgrade gives you a better option by offering an affordable up tower control box, making maintenance quicker and easier.

Rotor Cable Replacement

Overheating of the generator rotor cables can cause irreversible damage. Availon offers the affordable, crane-free replacement of rotor cables with the latest generation of cables, improving stress resistance and ensuring the smooth operation of your turbines, even during periods of high wind.
