• 24/7 Remote Monitoring of the gear box position to prevent displacement and damages, thus reducing downtime and eliminating costly gear box replacement
• Protection of a rotor blade bearing seal against environmental influences: a smartly designed sealing hood is resistant to oil and grease, secure and easy to install and service
• Brush Holder to minimize irregular wear of carbon brushes and simplifying their replacement while increasing the service life of the carbon brushes by 50%
• Direct interface with turbine control system at the top of the turbine from the base of the tower: portable operating consoles allow a full technician team to work in the nacelle and still have primary control of the turbine during maintenance
• Protection from corrosion and excessive wear by implementing permanent lubrication systems, which deliver automatic and always reliable supply of lubricant to turbine’s components while reducing the work required during regular maintenance
• Line Reactor upgrade for GE 1.5 wind turbines featuring new proprietary design with increased amperage and wider splits between the windings and special brackets to prevent heat-related short circuits.
