Availability of parts is critical to wind power farm operations. You know that. And we know that, too. That’s why we offer you a true “partnership in parts.”

It is based on Availon’s experience in parts management, our state-of-the-art warehousing facilities, excellent logistic capabilities, and a knowledgeable sales and engineering staff. We also established a reliable network of world-class parts and component suppliers and manufacturers.

While working with you on parts, we consider all cost-saving alternatives. If a part fails, it does not mean it has to be discarded of and replaced with a new one. Certain parts have predictable and known failure modes and can be successfully reconditioned.

Availon North America’s Refurbished Parts Program offers a cost effective way to maximize the service life of many parts and components including pitch controllers, Bachmann modules, some MFRs, DGNRs and more. The failed parts are promptly replaced with the OEM-repaired parts. All refurbished parts come with a full 1-yr warranty; the upgraded Line Reactor comes with 2-yr warranty.

Availon has also initiated a multi-tiered Core Exchange Program, which provides significant incentives (up to a 45% discount) to the participants.
